Who organises SVB Live?

SVB LIVE is organised and delivered by Katie McIntyre, and the Sports Venue Business and SVB LIVE teams. McIntyre is well known for her expertise in delivering high-level industry conferences at venues including Croke Park, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Anfield, Singapore Sports Hub, Marvel Stadium, and The Etihad Stadium.

How much does a delegate pass cost?

Delegate & Delegation Rates for 2024:

• Single Delegate Pass (Up to 3 x Delegate Passes):  €550 + VAT

• Four Pass DelegateBundle: €1,500 + VAT

• Ten Pass Delegate Bundle: €2,500 + VAT
  
  Delegate Pass & VAT Information

  In accordance with VAT regulations, charges for admission to conferences are subject to VAT in the country where the event takes place. As a result, all delegates are required to pay Irish VAT at a rate of 23%.

Vendors & Suppliers:

• Single Delegate Pass (Up to 3 x Delegate Passes):  €695 + VAT

• Four Pass DelegateBundle: €2,495 + VAT

• Ten Pass Delegate Bundle: €4,000 + VAT

• Add access to the Global Report for €200 per annum

What is included with your delegate pass?

A Delegate Pass for SVB LIVE includes access to all sessions, breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, networking events, venue tours, roundtables, plus access to the SVB LIVE Business Club app and recorded content.

Are there group booking discounts?

How do I receive my Delegate Pass?

Delegate passes are collected in person at the venue. You will receive activation instructions via the SVB LIVE Business Club app profile via email 2 weeks prior to the event/conference.

How do I inform you of my dietary requirements?

We strive to accommodate all dietary needs. Please indicate your dietary restrictions during the registration process or contact Cassandra Calleja, Head of Business Development & Client Relations at cass@sportsvenuebusiness.com at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure we can cater to your requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. However, while cancellations are not eligible for refunds, they can be rolled over to the next year. Substitute delegates are allowed if changes are requested in writing to Cassandra Calleja, Head of Business Development & Client Relations at least 10 days prior to the event commencement date. What happens if the event is cancelled, or I am unable to attend?

SVB LIVE does not reimburse travel or accommodation and does not accept cancellations of any kind. It is advised to utilise flexible booking and insurance policies from service providers.

Participation of Exhibitors and Vendors

Exhibitors, suppliers and vendor companies are encouraged to attend all events and sessions at SVB LIVE, providing ample opportunities for networking and engagement.

Dress Code for SVB Live events

The dress code for SVB LIVE events is business casual. Smart jeans and sneakers are acceptable.
